What planning a holiday looks like
1. The Inspiration Stage
This is where it all begins and honestly, it’s the best part.
We start with a complimentary, no-strings chat where you can tell me everything. Where you want to go, how you want it to feel, your budget, your must-dos… and your hard no’s (very important ).
Think of it as a brainstorming session where we turn your ideas into something really exciting.
2. The design stage
Now it’s my turn to work my magic.
I take everything you’ve told me and dive into creating a completely personalised itinerary just for you. I’m talking beautiful hotels, seamless flights, and those little “how did you even find this?” experiences.
I’ll send through your first draft, and then we tweak, refine, and perfect it together until it’s exactly what you want.
3. The Lock-In Stage
This is the “OMG we’re actually doing this” moment.
Once you give me the go-ahead, I take care of everything bookings, confirmations, fine print… all of it. You don’t have to stress about a thing.
You’ll receive a clean, easy-to-use digital itinerary with everything in one place, so you can just get excited for your trip.
4. The Roaming Stage
Time to go and enjoy it all ✈️
You’ll head off knowing everything has been taken care of properly. And the best part? You’ve got me in your back pocket the whole time.
If something comes up, or you just want to share a “this place is insane” moment I’m only ever a message away.
5. The Welcome Home Stage
And then… you’re home (usually already dreaming about the next one).
I’ll check in to hear all about it what you loved, what surprised you, and those standout moments. This is how I make every future trip even better for you.
For most of my clients, one trip turns into many… and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
